Fees buy packs.
pump.fun charges 0.30% of every trade as the creator fee.
90% is this coin's binder's, 10% is PACKSPAD's. Nobody can change the split, us included.
Ripped live.
When a coin's binder wallet has paid for its packs, they are bought and the receipt and the transaction are posted. The packs are ripped on stream, every card that comes out is logged with its set number and its market price, and each pack's total is shown against what it cost. You can rip a simulated pack of a real set yourself: real cards, approximate odds.

Real cards of the real set at their TCGplayer market price; the odds are community estimates, not official.
Hits get slabbed.
Every hit goes to the vault: graded by PSA or CGC when it is worth it, insured, photographed front and back, and minted as an NFT on Solana that the coin's binder wallet owns. Commons go into the coin's bulk box, counted, not minted. This one: Charizard, base set 4/102, PSA 9, NFT #0001 (example data).
Own a slice of every pull.
Every holder of a coin owns a share of its binder: the same percentage they hold of the circulating supply. A share NFT records it and updates at every snapshot, with the binder's value and contents. The $ZARD binder's biggest holders (example data): 3.68% (RiqG…2ijo), 2.37% (bneE…nd85), 1.96% (Qrro…6MW3). Holders can vote, share-weighted, to sell a hit; if it passes, the money rips more packs for that coin. Nothing is paid out.

Every coin fills a binder.
Every coin launched on PACKSPAD has its own binder. Every card its packs produce goes in it; the empty pockets are the cards still missing from its set. Every binder is public: what it bought, what it pulled, what it is worth, who owns it.
Every pull goes in its coin's binder. Every binder is public.

PACKSPAD does, in an insured vault, for the coin's binder. Every hit is photographed front and back, graded when it is worth it and minted as an NFT owned by the binder wallet. Commons go in the coin's bulk box, counted.
No. Nobody owns a single card: every holder owns a share of the whole binder, the same as their share of the supply. Holders can vote to sell a hit; the money buys more packs for that coin.
No. pump.fun's fee-sharing program locks the split when the coin is born: 90% of the creator fee to the coin's binder wallet, 10% to PACKSPAD. Nobody can change it afterwards, us included.
Its binder stays. The cards it already pulled stay vaulted and minted, and holders keep their shares. With no trading there are no fees, so no new packs get bought.
The coin picks its set at launch. When the binder wallet can afford it, PACKSPAD buys sealed packs of that set from stores and card shops, and posts every receipt and transaction.
Every pack is ripped on a recorded stream. Every card is logged with its pack, its slot and the minute of the stream it came out; every hit is photographed and minted on Solana.
The cards are real; the odds are approximate published pull rates. The toy is a simulation: nothing in it is bought, ripped or owned.
No. A share of a binder is not a promise of value, and nothing is paid out to holders. Card prices go down as well as up. Nothing here is financial advice.
